Senator Clinton discussed the conversation she had with Senator Obama on the Senate floor this past Thursday. She says they talked about how the campaign needs to be about issues and not about surrogates saying things that distract from the issues. As Senator Clinton said this, the Obama and Clinton war rooms were most likely preparing the next round of attacks against one another.
