GOP Senator Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania, who just announced his Hodgkin’s disease has returned, said today that he will run for reelection in 2010. Specter will be 80 at the time he runs for reelection and could very well face the host of MSNBC’s Hardball, Chris Matthews, in what would be a race that could attract national attention.
